Interlink is our dedicated courier service. We expect to deliver your order within 5 working days, although the majority of orders are despatched within 48 hours.
Orders will be delivered generally between 9am and 3pm during the week. It is important that somebody is at the delivery address to receive the order. All deliveries must be signed for, so if you don’t think you will be at home to receive your order then please use an alternative address such as your work address or the address of a friend or neighbour.
To help you do this at the checkout the customer will be asked to complete the delivery address (if different from the billing address). You will also be asked to provide a contact number. This number is an important way for Interlink to contact you in the event of a problem with your delivery.
Please note that delivery can only be made to the address provided during the order processing.
If the customer is unable to receive the delivery then Interlink will post a card for the customer. This card offers the customer a number of options including an alternative day for delivery, a safe place to deliver (such as a neighbour) or collection at the local Interlink depot.
Our standard delivery charge is £5 per order for orders under £25 and free delivery for all orders over £25 on the website.
